Job summary

Petco in Colorado is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to deliver exceptional experiences for pets and their guardians while supporting store operations.

You will mentor newer associates, model compassionate service, and care for pets on the sales floor, teaching customers about products, nutrition, and proper animal care.

This role emphasizes teamwork, trust, and delivering solutions with a customer-first mindset across the Pet Care Center.

As a Senior Sales Associate, you play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for pets and pet parents while supporting the success of the Pet Care Center.

In this role, you go beyond day-to-day selling by serving as a mentor, role model, and trusted partner on the sales floor. You support store operations, assist leadership as needed, and help develop newer associates, all while delivering knowledgeable, compassionate service rooted in a passion for pets.
