Job summary

Sun Tan City is looking for a high-energy team member to join our Murfreesboro tanning salon. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, suggest products, and help clients feel welcome while keeping the salon clean and organized.

Base pay starts at $13.00/hr with performance bonuses (average $15.00/hr). We offer flexible schedules, advancement opportunities, free tanning, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and meet their needs.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds and engaging new clients.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and orderliness.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products and services.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
• Assists with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
