Big Brand Tire & Service in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver world-class service and translate customer needs into clear automotive recommendations. You will greet guests, collaborate with technicians, and help drive tire, repair, and service sales while maintaining showroom standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in automotive service sales, strong communication, and an ability to lift 70 lbs. A valid driver's license and flexible weekend availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between customer and technician — translate mechanical into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.

• Help maintain showroom and inventory standards.
