Job summary

AutoNation is a leading automotive retailer seeking driven, customer-focused Sales Associates to help customers buy vehicles and secure financing. You’ll work with a national inventory, a best-in-class CRM, and a broad network of lenders to close deals and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set targeted personal income goals.
• Over 1 year automotive sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed automotive sales and customer service goals.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and completing purchases.
