Compensation Range: Commission Only

This is a genuine Work From Home position for sales professionals. We provide training for all new agents, whether experienced or new to sales.

Description

• Help protect families financially in critical illness or loss scenarios.
• Assist families with the programs we offer, which include Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning.

Duties

• Follow up with responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via in-person, phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: No Cold Calling or Prospecting involved.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background and drug screening.
• Sales, customer service, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphones, computers, or iPads.
• Own a cell phone and a computer or tablet with a webcam.
