Job summary

Cintas in Tucson, AZ is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth for a Fortune 500 company. The role offers a competitive base salary plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus a car allowance and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Will drive sales growth and meet weekly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Will build and nurture customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Will collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
• Will present solutions and close deals with customers.
