What You’ll Do:

• Perform thorough residential roof inspections and accurately document storm-related damage.
• Help homeowners understand the insurance claims and roof replacement process.
• Meet with homeowners, answer questions, and guide them through each step of the process.
• Present estimates and facilitate contracts for approved work.
• Identify and canvas for new customer opportunities in storm-impacted neighborhoods.
• Participate in company marketing initiatives and proactively develop new prospects.
• Maintain accurate customer information including photos and updates utilizing our CRM.
