Job summary

UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join a flexible, commission-only team. This fully remote role offers training, mentorship, access to leads, and the chance to build a personal clientele.

You’ll conduct virtual or phone appointments, explain insurance options, and guide clients through applications with support from licensing assistance. No fixed hours, growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated to learn and grow in a remote role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video and following up on leads.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage schedules.
• Insurance license preferred but not required; assistance provided to obtain license.
