During 90 days of paid, hands-on training you’ll earn a paycheck, then transition to a 25% uncapped commission plan. Realistic first-year earnings range from $100,000 to $150,000, with top performers earning well above that.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry roofing materials and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities
