Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Murray, Utah is seeking a Sales Representative to build your own pipeline, conduct in-home consultations, and close deals for residential exteriors across the Wasatch Front. You’ll knock doors, run company leads, and guide homeowners through options, pricing, financing, and insurance claims.

The role offers full-time field work with a flexible schedule, paid training, and commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, roofing).
• Track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments.
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated with ability to build your own pipeline.

• Up to $9,600 in training pay and bonuses your first 8 weeks

What You'll Do

• Start by knocking doors and building your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing. Reps who establish themselves earn their way into company leads.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and your own prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and build relationships with homeowners throughout the process.
• Be the homeowner's partner from first knock to final check, walking them through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of your canvassing base.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.

Your First 60 Days

Your first week is structured training. After that you are in the field, learning hands-on alongside reps who have done this job at a high level. Reps who commit to the process are closing deals and earning commission fast.

What We Handle So You Can Focus On Selling

Our admin, estimating, production, and accounting teams are behind you every step of the way. You have the support to handle insurance jobs, manage your pipeline, and focus on what you do best: being in front of homeowners and closing deals.

You'll Do Well Here If You Have

We are not just looking for sales experience. We are looking for people whose identity is built on discipline, delayed gratification, and doing hard things. If you have ever pushed through something uncomfortable because you knew the payoff was on the other side, you will fit here.

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, alarm, roofing)
• A track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• The drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you
• Sales or customer facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We have seen people with zero sales background outperform veterans on work ethic alone.
