Job summary

Total Quality Logistics is offering a Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati with paid relocation. You will receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives and build a book of business while earning base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers; resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
