Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Cincinnati offers a Fast Track Sales Program designed to train you into a high performers role in logistics and sales. You will relocate to Cincinnati for training and then be eligible for relocation to other offices while earning a base salary plus bonuses.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and a fast-track path to leadership with uncapped commissions. Housing allowance and sign-on bonuses are part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics to become eligible for commission and rewards.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers to optimize value.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
