Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is hiring for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. The role offers paid relocation to Cincinnati for training, with a path to relocate again after building a book of business nationwide.

Expect a comprehensive training and mentorship track focused on sales, logistics, and supply chain management. The program features a $55,000 minimum compensation in the first year, with base pay, a sign-on bonus and housing allowance, and which leads to uncapped commissions

Responsibilities

• Receive structured training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Assist account executives in solving customer needs and sourcing carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions to develop sales and negotiation skills.
• Build a book of business through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.

• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
• Establish relationships to close new customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
