  • Maintain accurate records, handle money collected, and process paperwork.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your assigned territory with an established book of in-force business.
  • Conduct sales presentations, recommend products, close sales, and use our Customer Care Sales Model.
  • Prospect for new clients regularly.
  • Collect premiums and respond to service requests promptly.
  • Keep accurate records and handle paperwork efficiently.

  • Grow the agency size.
  • Build strong customer relationships.
  • Dedicate sufficient time to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and development.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to visit customers and prospects door-to-door.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license with 100k/300k auto insurance coverage.
  • Dependable vehicle for daily travel.
  • Ability to pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preparation and Training
  • Licensing assistance for exam preparation.
  • Basic development program including self-study, classroom, role-play, and fieldwork.
  • On-the-job training while earning a paycheck.
