Job summary

Medtronic CST Spine is seeking a Sales Representative II, Spine to drive growth across the defined territory. This is a remote position requiring residence within the territory and regular travel to hospitals and clinics.

You will solicit orders, manage implants and bone grafting solutions, and report to the District Sales Manager with field activity updates. The role demands 6+ years in medical device or life sciences sales (or an equivalent combination) and strong communication with clinicians

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of sales/related experience in medical devices or life sciences.
  • Associates Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sell spinal implantable devices to physicians and hospitals.
  • Maintain and move loaner sets, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Travel within the territory to cover accounts and drive market share.
  • Prepare field reports and business plans with the District Sales Manager.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas while upholding Medtronic policies.
