Job summary

Bisco Industries, Inc. is seeking entry-level sales representatives to deliver excellent customer service to Fortune 500 clients. The role supports a hybrid inside/outside sales model and offers a robust training program, paid holidays, 401k matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents with a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check. The position is onsite, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is required.
• Inside sales experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to continually learn about Bisco Industries and the industry.
• Evidence of high performance in work, school, or activities.
• History of persistence and commitment to school, work, or community.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and work onsite, Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM with an hour lunch.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and visits.
• Maintain accurate records and organized workspace.
• Support a team of sales reps, including inside and outside sales.
• Coordinate with sales reps and respond to customer needs and problems.
• Train with tenure reps to learn how to break into new business and build relationships.
• Entry-level role with promotion path to 100% sales within 9–12 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email and customer visits
• Maintain accurate records and an organized work environment
• Provide support to a team of sales reps, both inside and outside sales efforts
• Coordinate with sales representatives and respond quickly to customer needs, requests and problems
• Train with tenure sales reps to learn how to break into new business and establish professional working relationships
• Entry level sales/sales assistant with the goal of promotion into 100% sales within 9-12 months, potentially sooner

QUALIFICATIONS

Yearly Pay Range of $52K-$57K paid out hourly. ($25hr to $27/hr) with opportunities for bonus.
