Job summary

Cenvar Roofing & Solar is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to own a local book of business and drive exterior remodeling projects, including roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. You will operate with brand-backed tools, lead opportunities, financing options, and training to help homeowners make informed decisions.

As a face of Cenvar, you’ll manage your schedule, conduct on-site assessments, present solutions, and close deals.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the face of Cenvar, maintaining honesty, professionalism, and a sharp appearance at all times.


• Inspect the home’s exterior: roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors (including getting on the roof & entering the attic).


• Maintain your own sales call schedule, calendar, and CRM records with precision and discipline. Maximize opportunities during peak seasons and work your book of business during slower times.


• Expertly present Cenvar’s scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients using supplied tools and materials.


• Create cost estimates and close deals to increase branch profitability and market share.


• Manage your personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold.


• Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff.


• Attend weekly sales meetings and work with the team to solve problems and improve processes.


• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly.


• Take ownership of your preparation, appointments, follow-up, customer experience, and results.

• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred

• Ability to manage appointments, follow-up, and customer opportunities

• Physical ability and willingness to walk on roofs, enter attics, take accurate measurements, and follow all safety procedures


• High school diploma or equivalent


• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements


• Ability to pass the company’s background-check requirements

Roofing or construction knowledge is helpful, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone who knows how to connect with people, earn trust, and close business.
