Job summary

Blach Distributing is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to maximize sales volume at retail accounts and serve as the primary liaison for retail customers. You will build and maintain strong relationships to support daily operations and long-term collaboration.

Key duties include maintaining inventories, ensuring proper rotation, and communicating market changes to the Area Sales Manager, while coordinating with delivery staff to achieve account objectives and pursue additional sales

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper rotation and removes overage products from retail accounts.
• Communicates changes and opportunities in accounts to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinates with delivery and service teams to meet account delivery objectives.

• Keeps records for daily goal setting and account performance.
• Builds knowledge of credit, ABC laws and company policies.

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This position should maximize sales volume at retail accounts by effectively executing company initiatives and responsibilities. You would serve as the primary liaison for retail customers, building and maintaining strong, positive relationships to support daily business operations and long-term collaboration success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures adequate inventories in retail accounts are maintained that will cover all sales until the next scheduled delivery.
• Verifies accounts are properly rotated and that overage products are removed from the retail accounts so that it does not reach the consumer.
• Communicates any changes and/or opportunities in individual accounts and the general market to the Area Sales Manager.
• Communicate with all delivery and service personnel to ensure they are informed and prepared to accomplish all account delivery objectives.
• Look for and discusses with customers opportunities for additional sales.
• Maintains appropriate records as dictated by Area Sales Manager and uses these records to assist with daily goal setting specific to each account.
• Develops a working knowledge of credit, ABC laws and regulations, and all company policies related to the completion of their duties.
• Follows Impact Selling structured sales processes that are defined for each general account type, ensuring completion of all tasks, including merchandising standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expected to carry up to 30 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years old (or Subject to Verification of minimum legal age).
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
