Legacy Restoration in Minneapolis, MN is hiring entry-level Sales Representatives to join our team. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote our roofing, remodeling, and restoration services while working toward sales targets.

You’ll receive base pay plus commissions, a vehicle stipend, and a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time role emphasizes independence, time management, and strong customer communication as you build your career with us.

Qualifications

We're hiring multiple entry-level representatives to join our Minneapolis, MN team and help attract new customers to our business.

With base pay and commission, your earning potential starts at $70,000/year! The more you sell, the more you'll make!

YOUR DAY

As our entry-level Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.

Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation. You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!

YOUR HOURS

You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, you may also need to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
