Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative in Portland, OR to identify customer sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products. You will explain benefits, promote current promotions, and create personalized experiences to exceed sales goals.

You will prospect via outbound calls, nurture relationships for repeat and new business, and help keep a polished showroom. Training and coaching are provided to sharpen skills for performance success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude, with a drive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
