Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments, guide them through the buying process, and close sales in the home.

Manage your own schedule, grow business through referrals, and enjoy uncapped commission with strong earning potential ($70K–$100K+). We provide company appointments, four weeks of paid training, and full benefits including

• No prior design experience required—we provide training.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about

• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally - your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required - we'll train you.
