Base salary + variable pay eligibility
Base rate of $25,000 to include an additional range of $65,000 to $125,000 for up to 2 years, plus variable compensation. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in International Paper North American Packaging Solutions Sheets Plan sales commission plan which has significant commission earning potential.
