You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow‑up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• Asking direct questions
• Handling hesitation or rejection
• Making outbound calls
• Staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre‑employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
