3 Day Blinds is looking for a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide buying decisions in a single visit. This full-time role includes company-provided appointments, paid training, and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll manage your schedule, travel locally within your territory, and build new business through referrals, delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial visit to installation.

With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one. This is a full-time opportunity.

What you’ll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required — we’ll train you.
