Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative in New Jersey to meet with homeowners, present energy-efficient remodeling solutions, and guide customers through our proven sales process.

This full-time role includes hands-on training, mentorship, uncapped commissions, and ongoing career growth. You’ll develop your communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Power offers a $3,900 sign-on bonus, which will be paid weekly in $325 increments over the course of twelve weeks of initial training. The full sign-on bonus is contingent on successfully completing the twelve weeks of initial training.
