Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking an Industry Territory Representative to drive dealer success and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing division. You will build strong dealer relationships, guide sales strategies, and support the rollout of innovative products and services.

This on-site role requires travel up to 50%, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on value selling, long-term account growth, and delivering measurable results for customers and Caterpillar.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for dealer territories: Milton and Carter Machinery.
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute actions to achieve yearly Sales to Users growth targets.
  • Regularly meet with customers to discuss EP Sales needs and Cat Value Proposition, Products and Services.
  • Drive regional actions to support Retail Electric Power Growth and CVA opportunities.
  • Grow CVA coverage at Point-of-Sale with EP customers through CVA frameworks.
  • Increase dealer Sales Funnel Opportunities using CRM data and processes.

Job Summary

Join Caterpillar’s fastest-growing division as Industry Territory Representative, where you’ll play a key role in driving dealer success and customer satisfaction. In this customer-facing role, you’ll build strong relationships with dealers, guide sales strategies, and support the rollout of innovative products and services. Your expertise will help enhance dealer capabilities, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

  • This position is located in Irving, TX OR Philadelphia, PA.
  • Domestic travel up to 50% & minimal international travel is required.

What You Will Do
  • Be responsible for the following dealer territories: Milton and Carter Machinery
  • Work with dealers to identify, prioritize, and execute actions to achieve our yearly Sales to Users growth targets
  • Regularly meet with customers on EP Sales needs and discuss Cat Value Proposition, Products and Services
  • Work with internal sales support teams to identify and drive regional actions to support Retail Electric Power Growth and increase participation in Large Electric Power Balance of Plant.
  • Grow Customer Value Agreements (CVA) @ Point-of-Sale coverage with EP customers through CVA frameworks and Integrated Customer offerings.
  • Increase dealer Sales Funnel Opportunities by leveraging Sales Force CRM
  • Create and execute dealer growth plans

Summary Pay Range

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
