Job summary

The Good Feet Store is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to provide friendly, caring service and help clients find the best arch supports through hands-on fittings. You will work with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Position includes a base salary of $47,500 with a total pay range of $53,000–$75,000, plus uncapped bonus incentives, paid training, 401K with company match, health benefits after 30 days, and PTO. Flexible schedule required.

The Sales Representative will provide friendly, caring and professional service by actively assessing client needs and providing assistance with arch support fittings. You'll actively work with customers to find the best solution for each individual by providing a hands‑on demonstration and arch support fittings. • Pay: $53,000. - $75,000., including a base salary of $47,500., plus multiple uncapped bonus incentives:
  • Individual bonus achievements paid bi‑weekly with regular pay.
  • Team and company bonus achievements paid in the following month
• Immediate full‑time employment and paid training
