3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer offering custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our Design Consultants meet clients in their homes to design beautiful, tailored window treatments and guide them to a confident buying decision during a single visit.

You’ll receive company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential as you build a high-impact career from day one.

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred, training provided.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
  Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
  Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
  Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
  Build additional business through referrals and local networking
  Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
  Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
  Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
  Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
  Flexible to work at least one weekend day
  Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally - your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required - we'll train you.
