Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to join our on-site retail team in Ohio. You will discover customers’ sleep needs, match them with Sleep Number products, and deliver personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and sales.

You’ll explain product benefits, promotions, and participate in training to sharpen skills, while working a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends. Earn uncapped commissions with a strong base.

Qualifications

The Opportunity – What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred

• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

What You’ll Get

• Most team members earn a salary of $47,000–$66,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
• Guaranteed base pay of $16/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
