Job summary

Southwest Title Loans, Inc is looking for a customer-facing sales professional in Glendale, AZ. You will engage with customers, ask questions, overcome objections, and guide them through decisions, including conversations about money.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, stay motivated, and grow through feedback and coaching in a fast-paced, bonus-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Job Scope

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
