Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring in-home closers. Every appointment is pre-qualified and confirmed by our in-house call center, with no cold calling, no door knocking. You show up, run the process, and close on the first visit.

Appointments run 1pm and 6pm Mon–Fri, 10am and 2pm Sat, with training in Charlotte, NC. Earn on-target commissions from $150,000 to $250,000+ per year, plus weekly draw and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Evening and Saturday availability.
• Able to travel to Charlotte, NC for paid training.

What You Can Earn

• On Target Earnings: $150,000 - $250,000, uncapped
• First-year reps who run the process: $150,000+
• Proven closers: $250,000+
• $500 weekly draw against commission, paid every Friday, starting week one

Appointments That Actually Sit

10-12 confirmed appointments a week. Not 10-12 names on a list.

Every one is pre-qualified and confirmed by our in-house call center, and our sit rate leads the industry. If you have ever been promised a full calendar and shown up to an empty driveway, this is the difference.

The Training Is the Difference

A paid two-week training program in Charlotte, NC with a dedicated training department.

You will not be handed a brochure and sent out to figure it out. We train you on a proven, step-by-step process: what to say, how to say it, and what comes next. That is not about scripting your personality out of the room. It takes the guesswork off your plate so your attention goes where it belongs, on control and rapport. The process does the selling.

A Day in the Life

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners
• Inspect the home and diagnose the roof

Who Wins Here

Sales experience preferred, not required. Our best closers came out of car sales, retail, restaurant management, and jobs with nothing to do with sales at all.

Your first thirty days are the hardest part of this job. You are learning a process, not improvising, and the people who make it here are the ones who run it exactly as taught before they start editing it. If you are coachable and competitive, the rest takes care of itself.

The Real Schedule

Appointments run at 1pm and 6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am and 2pm on Saturday. Team meeting Tuesday through Thursday at 11am.

This is a six-day week with evening appointments. Here is what you get back: no 7am huddle, no office to sit in, and your mornings belong to you. The 6pm slot is where the money is.
