As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in our business development efforts—identifying potential clients, presenting our innovative products, and crafting customized lighting solutions. Whether maintaining relationships with existing customers or pursuing new opportunities, your contributions will directly impact our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers.
  • Prospect new leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Use Monday.com CRM to manage leads, track proposals, and organize client interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our solutions work.
  • Gather necessary information (photos, videos, etc.) to quote projects.
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while staying organized and proactive.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of honesty, reliability, and trustworthiness.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about sales processes and comfortable with technology, including CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated to ask for business and close deals.

Compensation and Bonus Structure
