Job summary

Accokeek Nursery is seeking a driven Sales Representative to move our field-grown and container nursery stock into wholesale, landscape, and garden center customers, building lasting partnerships across the region.

You will work with harvest crews to fulfill orders, track inventory and pricing, and grow the sales pipeline for future production cycles while representing the company at trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years wholesale sales experience; nursery/green industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of tree and shrub species and sizing.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
• Valid driver's license.

Sales Representative

As we continue expanding across the region, we're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to move our field-grown and container nursery stock into the hands of wholesale, landscape, and garden center customers, and to build the pipeline for future production cycles.

Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for selling ready nursery inventory to wholesale, landscape, and trade customers while building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This role works closely with harvest crews to fulfill orders on schedule, tracks inventory and pricing, and plays a key part in growing the sales pipeline for upcoming production seasons.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell ready inventory to wholesale, landscape, and trade customers.
• Prioritize movement of perishable/declining stock.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new trade customers.
• Coordinate with harvest crews to fulfill orders on schedule.
• Track inventory, pricing, and sales pipeline.
• Represent Accokeek Nursery at trade shows and industry events as needed.
• Build sales pipeline for upcoming fall and spring production.
