Results Roofing is seeking individuals for a full- or part-time, in-person role in Fort Worth, TX. The position centers on entrepreneurial mentorship and developing a career in roofing and sales, with pay driven by performance.

Business development mentorship includes:

• -One on one coaching with assigned team lead, learning the ins and outs of a rapidly growing industry.
• -Multiple team building destination trips, used to grow as a team and individually.
• -In house production and media crew to build the foundation of your brand.
• -Social media coaching and guidance.
• -Relationship cultivation with the top industry leaders in the area.
