Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote healthcare services across multiple service lines
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
• Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, and internal communications
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align marketing initiatives with service offerings
• Support brand development and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and growth
• Assist with recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings and provider outreach
• Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and platforms as needed
• Contribute to community outreach and partnership initiatives to expand market presence

Pantheon Health System is seeking a motivated individual located in the Oklahoma City area to help expand our services and community presence. Local residency in or near Oklahoma City is required

We currently operate a primary care clinic in Edmond, with plans to introduce Urgent Care services soon, in addition to our existing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services. This role will focus on increasing awareness of Pantheon Health System and establishing partnerships with individuals and organizations throughout Oklahoma City.

In addition to marketing responsibilities, this position offers growth opportunities for individuals interested in expanding their experience within a rapidly developing healthcare system. While supporting organizational growth, Pantheon Health System also supports its team through innovative tools and streamlined processes.
