cashcowlouisiana is hiring for a customer-facing sales role in Louisiana. You will engage customers directly, ask the right questions, and guide them through financial solutions while handling both inbound and outbound calls.

The position emphasizes staying motivated, accepting feedback, and achieving results in a structured, goal-driven environment with a generous bonus potential and full-time hours including Saturdays.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive, coachable attitude and stay engaged in conversations even when faced with hesitation or rejection.
• Ask follow-up questions to keep conversations going and build confidence through practice and feedback.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions-including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• asking direct questions
• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver's License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
