3 Day Blinds seeks an in-home sales consultant to meet clients, understand their needs, and recommend custom window treatments. You will design tailored solutions, guide buyers through the process, and close sales in the home.

Territory-based role with training and a strong earning potential through uncapped commissions. Company-provided appointments and tools support your success.

Qualificações

• No prior design experience required — training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments and territories.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

What you'll do

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required — we'll train you.
