Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation in Delafield, WI is seeking a Sales Representative to identify customer sleep needs and match them with our adjustable-firmness beds. You will explain product benefits and promotions to create personalized shopping experiences, driving satisfaction and sales.

You will nurture prospects through outbound calls, build relationships, and maintain a polished showroom. The role includes ongoing training, coaching, and uncapped commission with a strong base pay.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
