Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our retail sales footprint. You will identify customer sleep needs, explain product benefits, and deliver personalized shopping experiences that drive satisfaction and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.

• Flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS technology, and interactive sales tools (e.g., iPads, apps).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.

Most team members earn $47,000-58,000 annually; actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Base rate of $17.75/hour, along with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
