3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. Our Design Consultants meet clients in their homes, help design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one.

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail perform well.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office
