Mississippi Title Loans, Inc. is hiring for a customer-facing, performance-driven sales role where you’ll help customers understand their financial options and guide decisions.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-up questions, and work toward positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Training and coaching are provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience preferred.
• Able to speak with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Pre-employment screenings required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Job Scope

This is a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times
