Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. seeks a customer-focused, performance-driven role. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make informed decisions while overcoming objections. Training and coaching are provided to build confidence and resilience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 40 hours per week, including Saturdays, with training provided.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings are required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are needed.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and follow up questions to move conversations forward.
• Ask follow-up questions and overcome objections to close conversations.
• Maintain performance in a structured, goal-driven environment and pursue coaching.

Job Scope

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person

Strong communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Minimum Requirements
