Job summary

Champion Window & Home Exteriors is hiring a Sunroom & Window Sales Representative in the Chattanooga area. You will work with leads provided, deliver in-home presentations, identify customer needs, and close sales.

Training is paid, with substantial earning potential through commissions and rewards. Experience is not required for the window sales role, and the position offers a robust benefits package, ongoing coaching, and career advancement opportunities within a company with over 50

Qualifications

• HS degree or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers

• Attend daily sales/training meetings and coaching sessions
