Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring for in-person sales roles at our Angels Camp location. You will conduct 1v1 luxury sales presentations to prospective owners, find common ground, and close deals in a fast-paced environment with on-site marketing support.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years sales/marketing experience is preferred.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.
• CA real estate license or ability to obtain one in 6 months (We facilitate and subsidize this process)
• College Degree is preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Effectively present and deliver sales presentation in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and department meetings

• All clients are provided and prequalified by our award-winning on-site marketing team
• No cold calling or prospecting

Compensation

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.90 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
