Best Choice Roofing is actively seeking motivated individuals in Ocala, FL for a role focused on roofing sales with unlimited commission potential. You won’t be installing roofs; our production team handles installs while you focus on client acquisition and relationship-building.

Choose your own hours, Monday to Friday with weekend availability, and benefit from bonus pay and a generous commission structure that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with commission-based pay.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell roofing services while coordinating with the installation teams.
• Explain the compensation structure and growth opportunities to clients.
