Job summary

Amtel Wireless is seeking a Metro by T-Mobile Sales Representative in Shreveport. You will promote and sell Metro products in-store, engaging customers daily and driving point-of-sale results.

This role offers base salary plus commission, with average earnings of $15+ per hour, and benefits. Open availability and the ability to stand for long periods are required, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro products in the store.
• Engage customers daily to deliver the best shopping experience.
• Support achievement of in‑store sales targets and promotions.
• Assist with promotions and keeping the display area organized.
