Job summary

Connectivity Source is hiring a Retail Sales Representative who speaks Spanish and English to join our growing T-Mobile authorized retail network in Lytle, Texas. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales in a fast-paced store environment.

The position offers an hourly pay range of $19 to $23, with bonuses and spiffs, plus opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive set of benefits including health benefits, PTO, 401k, and more.

Required Qualifications:

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• At least 18 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
