Job summary

Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile South Gregg is hiring a Sales Representative to promote Metro by T-Mobile products in-store. We value energetic, bilingual (Spanish/English) team members who can engage customers daily.

This role offers a base pay plus commission, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment with benefits. Open availability in mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred; must be at least 12 years old and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 12 years of age
• A background check may be performed as part of the hiring process
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products in-store.
• Engage customers daily and provide exceptional service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and incentive programs.
• Participate in promotional events and company initiatives.
