Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Sales Recruiter to accelerate our talent acquisition and support rapid expansion across national sales channels. You will partner with department leaders and contribute to Power's headcount growth by attracting and engaging outstanding candidates.

You'll benefit from mentorship, a metrics-driven environment, and a path to develop professionally while helping hiring managers and candidates navigate a smooth, engaging recruiting process.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in office full time.

• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, written and follow-up skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process
• Prior experience in recruitment or sales preferred.
• Openness to receiving guidance and mentorship, with a focus on personal and professional growth
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities without losing focus on attention to detail
• 1-2 years professional experience

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their experience and ensure alignment with job requirements.

Salary And Benefits

• Base salary plus commission $90,000 - $100,000
