You will collaborate with the clinic team to support sales goals and provide a welcoming experience that encourages repeat visits, while handling administrative tasks and maintaining client records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain and update client records.
• Assist with cleaning the treatment rooms and help clients to their rooms.
• Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed to support operations.
